Job Description

We're looking for an Electrical Instrumentation and Control (EIC) Work Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently planning and coordinating maintenance and capital works for cane railway assets. This position is based at Pioneer Mill in North Queensland's Burdekin region.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support the site EIC and operations teams
  • Drive maintenance and capital strategies
  • Monitor performance and drive improvement
  • Plan and schedule work
  • Ensure resource readiness for maintenance and capital works
  • Problem-solve in the field with fault finding and rectification
  • Champion safety and quality compliance

Requirements

  • Trade qualification in an Electrical discipline
  • Hands-on leadership experience in the sugar industry or a similar heavy industrial environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to engage and inspire teams
  • Additional tertiary qualifications (highly regarded)
