Work Coordinator Electrical Senior

In your role as the Centre of Excellence Works Coordinator based at Pioneer Mill, you will play a key leadership role in driving safety, productivity and quality across the Burdekin region. You will coordinate and supervise maintenance and capital works while leading a team of both tradespeople and non-trades employees to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. Working closely with the Engineering team, you will help plan and deliver maintenance strategies, manage resources and contractors, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to the required standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential as you build positive working relationships, support your team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the mill.
