Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress Developer to join our IT team! As a WordPress Developer at Rudra Innovative, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.

Job Responsibility:

Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Designing and managing the website backend including database & server integration
Write clean, well-designed WordPress/PHP code
Follow WordPress coding standards and best practices

Requirements:

Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Should have experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
Expert level WooCommerce Integration & customization
Build, maintain and optimize web pages with PHPs & WordPress and other CMSes
Expert level CMS (Plugin / theme development / API) development – especially in WordPress.
PHP programming background to implement core WP functions, template tags & hooks in the WP Theme and Plugin
Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Must have the capacity to work independently and also as a part of a team produce detailed specifications
Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments Sending regular updates on project status.
Candidate must have experience in developing a project from scratch
MCA, B.Tech / B.Sc /M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
