Job Responsibility:

Creating visually compelling, well-functioning websites
Ensuring seamless user experiences across devices
Collaborating with team members like designers and back-end developers

Requirements:

Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation, and experience with PHP and MySQL
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices
Experience with website performance optimization and SEO best practices
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent collaboration skills to work with designers, back-end developers, and other team members
A portfolio showcasing completed projects that highlight technical expertise and creative problem-solving
Accessibility Standards Compliance: Experience designing and developing with accessibility in mind, adhering to WCAG standards to ensure inclusivity for all users
APIs and Custom Integrations: Familiarity with third-party API integrations, RESTful services, and the ability to connect and manipulate data across various platforms
Advanced CSS Techniques: Proficiency in using CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS to create modular, reusable styles
Knowledge of Design-to-Code Workflow: Ability to translate design mockups and wireframes (from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) into clean, efficient, and accurate code
Project and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, project managers, and clients throughout the development lifecycle
