Job Description

We are seeking a motivated WordPress Content Editor to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in content management. You will be responsible for publishing and formatting content on our WordPress website. All content will be provided, and your main role will be to ensure it is well-organized, visually appealing, and properly uploaded.

Job Responsibility

  • Content Posting: Publish articles, blog posts, and other content on the WordPress website as provided by the client
  • Content Formatting: Ensure all published content is well-formatted, follows the website’s style guide, and is visually appealing
  • Basic Image Handling: Upload and manage images in content, including resizing and adding descriptions
  • Content Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining existing content as needed
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review content for grammatical errors, typos, and formatting issues
  • Internal Linking: Add relevant internal links within content to improve navigation

Requirements

  • Recent graduate in Communications, English, Journalism, IT, or a related field
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or any content management system (CMS)
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
