Job Description:

We’re on an exciting growth trajectory at Theramex and we’re looking for a talented pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager to join our team in 2026. Reporting to Head of Sales, the regional sales manager will lead the southern sales team with accountability for regional performance and execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Shape, lead and coach sales team within defined region to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Active contributor to sales leadership team, fostering a constructive culture and a cohesive and high performing women’s health team
  • Develop, implement and track sales strategy and execution plan to achieve objectives for promoted brands
  • Regular analysis of market/sales/performance/activity data to inform sales team effectiveness, proposing and implementing alternative actions where required
  • Role model effective selling approaches to team to ensure high quality and impactful customer interactions with target customers
  • Effectively manage territory, state and regional budgets and oversee sales operations to ensure compliance with business requirements, regulations and company policy
  • Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ prior sales management experience with demonstrated success leading high performing pharmaceutical sales teams
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in business planning, analysis and leveraging insights to develop and implement robust local business plans in accordance with national strategy and business objectives
  • Accomplished sales coach with ability to drive results through others and experienced using multiple tools, channels and techniques for maximum customer impact
  • Demonstrated learning agility and commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement
  • Experience managing regional sales operations and budgets
  • Bachelor’s degree (science or business preferred)
  • Available to travel within state, interstate and work regularly in field as required
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
