Join us for a day-long discovery program! This program is designed for women who are curious about careers in quantitative trading, software development, equity research, and business operations at Susquehanna. This experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at how we think, solve problems, and evaluate talent across our roles. Throughout the day you’ll have the ability to hear from women across a variety of roles and seniority. You’ll have the ability to participate in a Q&A, networking, and candid conversations about navigating and thriving in quantitative careers. They’ll share their career journeys, discuss what success looks like across different teams, and how to prepare for a rigorous interview process.
