Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Casual Wok Chefs to join our culinary teams across a range of Sydney CBD venues. This role is ideal for chefs who thrive in fast-paced services, have strong wok experience and enjoy working with authentic Asian flavours and techniques. You'll be joining established kitchen brigades and contributing to high-quality food execution across some of Sydney's busiest and most exciting venues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working a wok section in a busy restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, flavour profiles and cooking techniques
  • The ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels or premium casual dining venues
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
