Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled WMS Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fraser, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and functionality of warehouse management systems, with a focus on Blue Yonder and related tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert-level operational support for Blue Yonder, including data analysis, troubleshooting, adjustments, and the development of best practices
  • Educate end users on system functionality while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Document and communicate resolutions for system issues
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and collaborate on future development initiatives to improve business operations
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and site staff to address WMS-related concerns and issues
  • Manage and resolve support requests related to WMS systems and their interfaces or ancillary tools
  • Lead projects focused on system development and implementation, monitoring site performance to achieve operational excellence
  • Create, maintain, and ensure clear documentation of system processes, including both general WMS procedures and customer-specific workflows
  • Handle user access requests, profile setups, and system troubleshooting with prompt follow-up and resolution
  • Promote environmental consciousness and adhere to safety practices in all work-related decisions

  • 1-3 years of experience as a warehouse management system expert, specifically with Blue Yonder, in a distribution environment
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse functions, and plant operations
