Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with a strong focus on WMS
In-depth understanding of warehouse operations (inventory, receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping)
Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Proven ability to configure ERP systems and translate business needs into functional solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Experience providing application support via incident management and service requests

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with stakeholders across Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to translate business processes into functional specifications and system documentation
Configure and optimise D365 WMS solutions, supporting Finance/F&O where applicable
Lead functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
manage defects and validate outcomes
Deliver training sessions and create user guides to support adoption of new features
Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability
Maintain IT service management (ITSM) alignment and ensure service delivery meets SLAs
Promote Dynamics 365 functionality and identify opportunities for adoption of new roadmap features
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and apply best practices to optimise solutions
