Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience with WMS Systems (Warehouse Management Systems): implementation, maintenance, and optimization of functionalities
  • Knowledge of Databases (SQL) for querying and analyzing WMS data to support logistics optimization
  • Strong skills in Requirements Management: identifying, gathering, and translating business needs into clear specifications
  • Experience with Backlog Management: maintaining and prioritizing features, fixes, and improvements aligned with business goals
  • Focus on Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: tracking system performance and implementing efficiency enhancements
  • Involvement in Testing & Validation phases to ensure full compliance with requirements before go-live
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
  • Availability for hybrid work (2x week) in Lisbon, Portugal
