Requirements

Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred
Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling)
A portfolio of work is preferred but not required
Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential
A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
iOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Job Responsibility

Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device

Job Responsibility

Communicate and interface between the GMP manufacturing teams in the Amgen North Carolina (ANC) Biologics Drug Substance Manufacturing plant and Process Development scientific groups
Ensure all Electronic Batch Records accurately document the manufacturing process
Drive batch record optimization between the manufacturing floor and the global MES team
Propose, participate, and lead team improvement initiatives to drive improved productivity on manufacturing floor
Coordinate with Global MES Team, Manufacturing, Process Development, Process Owner, and Quality to create and modify electronic batch records to support implementation of new products and/or technologies into the plant
Lead and/or participate in projects, ensuring electronic batch records accurately and effectively record all necessary process data for unit operations in Koerber PAS|X
Support Manufacturing in troubleshooting, problem solving and RCAs
Support CAPA development to prevent error recurrence
Own Generic Master Batch Record (GMBR) optimizations and function as primary liaison between site MES and global MES team to drive on time deliveries of GMBRs
