Job Description

Harbinger Motors is looking for a wiring harness technician to support prototype Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) harness builds. This is a contract position with possibility of conversion to a full-time role. This role requires on-site attendance 5 days a week. Overtime available as needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Assemble, install, and repair harnesses according to detailed technical drawings and schematics
  • Use essential tools and test equipment for harness builds
  • Work under a microscope to solder components onto PCBAs
  • Maintain a clean lab environment

Requirements

  • Experience with building wiring harnesses from scratch
  • including soldering, crimping, terminating, etc.
  • Experience with soldering components onto PCBAs under a microscope
  • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • 6+ years of experience in harness manufacturing
