Job Responsibility

To maintain, service, repair and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building aesthetic/structure and gas system are always in good working condition
To perform regular checking of the facilities, comply with CMMS requirement
To provide a safe, clean and functional environment and providing a comprehensive maintenance service to the building assets
To monitor and ensure the service providers carry out their service according to the scope of work stipulated in the contract agreement
To contribute to the planning, implementation and monitor preventive measures for all building Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, i.e. ACMV, CMMS, Automatic Meter Reading, BMS, Public Display, Lighting Control, Fire Protection System, Public Address System, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm and Panic Button System, Gas system, Audio & Visual System, etc.
To support Safety & Security Officer in maintaining safety equipment in the building
Oversee Contractors and Consultants in their delivery of services and works, scheduled or otherwise. reporting back on completion to Management as required
Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Manager
