Job Description:

The Wintel Systems Integration Senior Analyst role focuses on providing infrastructure technology support for Windows applications. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Windows Server and PowerShell. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on innovation and technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guidance and direction in area of infrastructure technology specialization to support platforms and sectors
  • Apply the discipline of engineering to deliver critical platform application support and optimize platform/sector functionality
  • Fully understand, support, and define platform and areas supported to minimize risks and impact to customers
  • Review issues and escalations, as well as resolve production problems, ensuring that status and technical matters are reported to management in a timely manner
  • Utilize skillset to provide support, troubleshooting and performance-tuning within technical domain
  • Support the creation and implementation of system improvements that will improve performance of application and reliability while maintaining controls

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows Server
  • Proficiency in PowerShell
  • Experience in area of infrastructure technology specialization to support Applications hosted on Windows
  • Application knowledge on MS Office Tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of at least the last 3 releases of Windows Server
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing Principles, Firewall Rules, DNS, troubleshooting packet loss/latency issues
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, SRV Records, and Windows Authentication Process
  • Knowledge of MS Vital Signs, System Performance Counters, and analyzing resource exhaustion
  • Ability to create PowerShell scripts or execute commands remotely against one or more servers
  • Knowledge of Windows Clusters and high availability solutions
  • Knowledge of Remote Storage (SAN, NAS, MPIO, SCALEIO, Veritas Volume Manager)
  • Knowledge of HP Hardware, Driver/Firmware Updates, Diagnostics
  • Knowledge of VMWare or other virtualization platforms
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar service management system
