You will work across both Scarlet and Bedruthan hotels, guiding guests through carefully curated lists, leading tastings, and helping create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Whether you’re already WSET qualified or just starting out, we will help you grow with full support and training.
Job Responsibility:
Creating bespoke wine pairings and experiences for dinner and events
Leading small group tastings and intimate conversations about wine
Guiding guests through a list of 150+ old-world wines rooted in sustainability
Providing warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcome to farewell
Supporting wine education within the wider Food & Beverage team
Developing your own wine knowledge through training and qualifications
Requirements:
Passionate about wine—whether experienced or eager to learn
Curious, confident, and able to connect authentically with guests
Naturally warm and thoughtful in your service approach
Excited to work with ethical, environmentally conscious wine producers
Calm under pressure and comfortable working across both hotels
