Job Description:

As a System Engineer, you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies in order to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met, and our Service Performance is brought to a higher level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
  • Providing support by: Researching

  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
