Job Responsibility

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting for OS corruption or kernel issues, GPO inheritance or policy failure, Performance issues (handles/memory leaks), DFS, DHCP, DNS failures
  • Analyze system logs and identify root cause patterns
  • Validate complex change implementations performed by L2/L3 (pre/post checks)
  • Manage server patching exceptions, remediation, and validation of patch failures
  • Execute recovery actions including service rebuilds, failed agent reinstalls, event-log-based corrective actions
  • Contribute to knowledge base, SOPs, and automation improvement opportunities
  • Lead communication during incidents and coordinate with multiple support teams
  • Mentor G4 and G5 engineers and review ticket quality and troubleshooting depth
