Job Responsibility

  • Troubleshoot OS-level issues: Service dependencies failures, OS performance degradation, Log analysis using Event Viewer
  • Perform user/group management in Active Directory
  • Manage access permissions using NTFS and share permissions
  • Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP issues at L1 depth
  • Support patching cycles (pre-checks, post-validation, failure reporting)
  • Coordinate with backup teams for restore requests (files/folders)
  • Troubleshoot RDP issues, login failures, profile corruption
  • Perform basic PowerShell commands for routine checks (non-destructive)
  • Mentor and guide G4 resources in ticket handling and troubleshooting quality
