5+ years of experience in Windows server design, implementation, and administration
3+ years of experience with Active Directory design, implementation, and administration
3+ years of experience in project management or team leadership
Experience with web system development or administration
Experience creating and maintaining scripts using Bash, Python, or BAT
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 level or equivalent)
