Job Description

The successful contractor/operative will inspect approximately 6,000 internal-access windows throughout the hospital estate and undertake repairs where required. The primary scope of works includes: Inspecting opening function of windows; Identifying windows that do not open to the required extent; Repairing defective window closers; Replacing faulty cavity closers where necessary; Ensuring windows operate safely and correctly following repair; Recording completed works and reporting any additional defects. Site Details: Large hospital / healthcare environment; All windows accessible from indoors; No external access equipment required; Work must be carried out safely and with consideration to clinical environments and hospital operations.
