Windows/Azure Systems Architect

• Design and implement secure, high-performance IT infrastructure solutions based on Windows and Azure technologies
• Manage Windows Server environments, leveraging Group Policy and Active Directory to ensure optimal functionality and security
• Architect and oversee Azure cloud solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid deployments, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems
• Develop and maintain virtualization environments using VMware and ensure reliable backup and recovery processes with Veeam
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune for effective device management, security, and organizational compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers, driving project success and fostering collaboration
• Establish and enforce security policies to meet compliance standards and protect organizational assets
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues while optimizing systems for performance and cost efficiency
• Document technical procedures and solutions, offering training to team members and stakeholders

• At least 7 years of experience in Windows server engineering
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Group Policy and Active Directory
• Expertise in Azure cloud services such as Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and networking
• Extensive experience with VMware virtualization technologies and Veeam Backup & Replication
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
• Hands-on experience managing endpoint security and compliance using Microsoft Intune
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects effectively

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or VMware-related qualifications
