Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Window/Specialist Cleaner to join the Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) team. If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day running and supervision of specialist cleaning operations
  • Window cleaning
  • Environmental cleaning and clearance
  • Specialist internal and external cleaning, often involving work at height
  • Ensuring services are delivered and maintained to the highest standards
  • Monitoring compliance with customer satisfaction and operational targets
  • Promoting best Health and Safety practices
  • Delivering high-quality service
  • Communicating effectively with customers
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Escalating issues to the Supervisor when necessary
  • Ensuring correct and safe use of equipment in line with PUWER regulations
  • Investigating and utilising new technology
  • Complying with Health and Safety training and regulations
  • Completing all required paperwork
  • Undertaking learning and development as part of personal reviews
  • Adhering to company policies on equalities, health and safety, data protection, and other relevant legislation
  • Remaining flexible to carry out other duties as requested by the line manager

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Proven cleaning experience, including clinical and specialist cleaning
  • Excellent communicator, able to understand verbal and written instructions
  • Strong teamwork skills
