Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a skilled Windchill Java Customization Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. We leverage cutting-edge Java-based customization capabilities within Windchill to build scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade PLM extensions.

  • Lifecycle Management
  • PLM Data Modeling
  • REST APIs
  • XML
  • Oracle Database
  • Linux/Unix OS
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Git
  • Agile methodologies
  • At least 3 to 5 years of real-time experience
  • At least 1 year of real-time project experience in the USA
  • Willing to relocate nationwide
  • Willing to take an AI-proctored Online Coding Test
  • Looking for H-1B sponsorship for the 2026/2027 quota
  • Must work on W2 (not C2C/1099/3rd party)
  • OPT/CPT/H4 EAD/TN/E3 or other Non-immigrant visa status
