Job Responsibility

  • Identify potential wind development sites and establish initial contact with landowners and local stakeholders
  • Negotiate and secure land agreements with landowners
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and local stakeholders
  • Support the screening and evaluation of potential project locations
  • Contribute to the expansion of the development pipeline by originating new opportunities
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to develop negotiation strategies and contract structures

Requirements

  • University Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related technical field
  • 2-5 years of experience in wind early-stage development / origination
  • Initial experience in landowner engagement and negotiation of land agreements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in stakeholder interactions
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Ability to work independently while benefiting from guidance from more senior colleagues
  • Fluent German and English
