Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious professional with experience in sales to join an online gaming company as a Win Back Agent. The role involves making outbound calls, providing information about products and services, managing complaints, and building customer loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

making outbound calls to existing customers for follow ups or sales activities
making outbound calls to verificate customers (KYC)
providing information about products and services
managing complaints and troubleshooting issues
building and maintaining customer loyalty
keeping updated customer's records

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role
professional attitude and customer-centric approach
computer literacy and tech-savviness
fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
team oriented with multi-tasking abilities
desired experience in telesales within a fast-paced environment
