An established and growing law firm is looking for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its expanding team across multiple locations. With a strong focus on career progression and professional development, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to build their expertise within a supportive environment.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters, including taxable estates
Drafting tax-efficient Wills and advising on inheritance tax mitigation
Handling the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations
Advising clients on asset protection, care fee planning, and lifetime trusts
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Assisting with Court of Protection applications and advising on deputyship matters
Requirements:
A qualified Solicitor, ideally 0-3 years PQE
Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently, while also collaborating within a team
Excellent communication and client-care skills, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach
Proactive and commercially aware, with an interest in business development
