Wills & Probate Solicitor

• Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters, including taxable estates
• Drafting tax-efficient Wills and advising on inheritance tax mitigation
• Handling the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations
• Advising clients on asset protection, care fee planning, and lifetime trusts
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with Court of Protection applications and advising on deputyship matters

• A qualified Solicitor, ideally 0-3 years PQE
• Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Planning
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently, while also collaborating within a team
• Excellent communication and client-care skills, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach
• Proactive and commercially aware, with an interest in business development
