A well-respected law firm is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join its expanding team. Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting bespoke, tax-efficient Wills tailored to individual circumstances
  • Providing strategic advice on inheritance tax planning and asset preservation
  • Advising on the establishment and use of lifetime trusts, particularly for care fee planning
  • Administering estates, including those involving complex or taxable assets
  • Managing the administration of trusts and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients and their families
  • Making applications to the Court of Protection and advising on deputyship and related matters

Requirements:

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience handling a complex caseload
  • A solid foundation in private client law, particularly Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax Planning
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner when dealing with clients
  • Confidence in managing your own caseload, with strong organisational skills
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently
  • A commercially aware and proactive individual with an interest in business development
