An established and reputable law firm in Market Harborough is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its respected Private Client team. This role is ideal for a qualified professional with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Wills, Probate, and Trusts, looking to join a client-focused environment that values high standards of care and professionalism.

Job Responsibility

  • Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Managing probate applications and the full administration of estates
  • Providing clear, tailored legal advice on estate planning, tax implications, and trusts
  • Communicating effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice guidance
  • Handling client matters with empathy, accuracy, and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate
  • STEP qualification preferred

  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing legal training
  • Fluent in English
