An established and reputable law firm in Market Harborough is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its respected Private Client team. This role is ideal for a qualified professional with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in Wills, Probate, and Trusts, looking to join a client-focused environment that values high standards of care and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
Managing probate applications and the full administration of estates
Providing clear, tailored legal advice on estate planning, tax implications, and trusts
Communicating effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
Ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice guidance
Handling client matters with empathy, accuracy, and attention to detail
Contributing to a team committed to long-term client relationships and generational service
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 7 years PQE in Wills and Probate
STEP qualification preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
