A busy and growing financial services practice in Canvey Island is seeking a dedicated Wills & Estate Planner to join their team. Due to increasing demand, this role offers immediate access to warm inbound leads and an existing back book of clients from day one. The firm has built a strong client base, supported by a steady stream of inbound enquiries and an automated marketing system that generates qualified estate planning opportunities directly for the planner.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling a high volume of leads generated over the past few months
  • Managing and converting qualified leads generated via automated client campaigns
  • Proactively contacting and servicing the existing client back book
  • Conducting client consultations to advise on wills, estate planning, and associated services
  • Converting opportunities into completed business
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation at all times
  • Working closely with the wider advisory team to deliver a high-quality client experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in wills and estate planning is essential
  • Ability to manage and convert a high volume of warm inbound leads
  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment
