Job Description:

This is a standout opportunity for a talented individual with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE, seeking a progressive move within a respected and growing Wills & Probate team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Wills and estate planning, with excellent Will and Trust drafting skills
Strong background in handling complex estate administration
STEP qualified with full membership
A confident approach to working with high-net-worth international clients
A collaborative mindset with a clear team ethos
A demonstrable ability to lead on business development and marketing initiatives, including the delivery of seminars and authoring of thought-leadership content
Experience in supervising junior members of the team through mentoring, training, and performance management
A strong interest and high proficiency in legal technology and IT systems
