The WIC family Liaison case-manages parents, caregivers, or families of infants and young children. Helps families identify current needs/issues, creates action plan, provides referrals and linkages to resources and materials available to assist in meeting client’s needs and goals. Promotes self-sufficiency, family wholeness, and stability through continued follow-up. Visits are primarily at homes but may also be in office.

Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish/English is required
Minimum AA degree in Social Services AND 2 years of full-time experience in social services or related field, OR bachelor’s or master’s degree in social service AND 1 year of experience working in social services
