Job Responsibility:
Own direct sales quota and achieve annual revenue and margin targets
Lead solution strategy for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring optimal cost base and competitive positioning
Negotiate sales agreements in alignment with company legal, financial, and governance procedures
Contribute to shareholder value through disciplined pricing, margin optimization, and sustainable deal structures
Translate solution designs into P&L impact, including cost modeling, valuation, and financial justification
Design and develop integrated, end-to-end solutions for Global, Local, and Enterprise customers
Propose tailor-made solutions combining the full product and service portfolio (cloud, security, software, wholesale, managed services)
Validate, integrate, and manage third-party components and services, ensuring technical and commercial viability
Assist customers in developing fully integrated systems, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business models, industry challenges, and transformation goals
Support and lead customer workshops, proposal defenses, and solution governance forums
Work with vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to shape competitive, scalable solutions
Manage complexity and ambiguity within a matrix organization and multi-stakeholder environment
Requirements:
University degree in Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial, Mathematics Engineering or MIS
Minimum 8 years of IT sales and solution experience, preferably within: System integrators
Technology vendors
Cloud, security, software, wholesale, or managed services environments
Proven year-over-year quota attainment
Strong background in technical sales and complex solution selling
Technical & Professional Expertise in Wholesale, Security, Cloud, Software & RPA
Managed Services and systems integration
Solid understanding of corporate finance, including valuation and business modeling
Strong project management acumen
Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level storytelling skills
Competencies & Performance Drivers: Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Ability to understand and translate business and technical requirements
Team player with powerful interaction and influencing skills
Additional Requirements: Very good command of English (fluent)
Driving License: Class B
Willingness to travel as required
