Job Description:

The Field Consultant will be responsible for contacting multiple collision centers in-person daily, reviewing the benefits of our client's Wholesale Advantage Program with each collision center, and encouraging the centers to place orders and begin earning rebates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contacting multiple collision centers in-person daily
  • Reviewing the benefits of our client's Wholesale Advantage Program with each collision center
  • Encouraging the centers to place orders and begin earning rebates
  • Visiting multiple collision shops in a defined territory daily
  • Meet with decision makers explaining the benefits of the Nissan Wholesale Advantage Program
  • Assist collision center with program enrollment if not currently enrolled
  • Encourage collision centers to utilize the program and CCC and /OPS ValueTrax when providing estimates to facing dealer
  • Instruct collision shop personnel on how to submit repair requests into CCC and OPS ValueTrax system
  • Follow up email and phone contact with collision shop if needed
  • Complete detailed Collision Center Contact Reports

Requirements:

  • OEM Parts experience preferred
  • CCC/OPS ValueTrax/OEC CollisionLink system knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills
  • High degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision
  • Available and have the desire to travel 90% of the time

Nice to have:

  • OEM Parts experience preferred
  • CCC/OPS ValueTrax/OEC CollisionLink system knowledge preferred
