Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Account Manager to join our team and oversee the wholesale operations of our cookie business. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing wholesale accounts, onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and driving sales growth in the wholesale sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage relationships with existing wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our wholesale customer base through proactive sales outreach and networking to new and existing customers
  • Onboard new wholesale clients, guiding them through the process and providing exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of wholesale orders
  • Analyze sales data and trends to provide forecasts, estimates, and insights for strategic decision-making
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our market presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in wholesale sales, account management, or a related role within the food industry is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite
  • A passion for food and a genuine enthusiasm for our product offerings
  • Drivers Licence
  • Experience with Ordermentum is a plus
