The Regulatory and Analytics (R&A) team within the EDO plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of regulatory reports and in leveraging data analytics to drive business insights. The R&A team collaborates across various business and technology units to implement robust data quality management policies and procedures, and to provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting requirements.

Working experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau), hands-on with artificial intelligence technique
Commitment and aptitude to quickly learn wholesale loan legal agreement and Risk document review. Self-learner mindset who thrives with extensive on-the-job training.
Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive resolution of complex problems, ability to communicate effectively, succinctly and clearly
A team player who will collaborate and challenge peers as well as counterparts in front office, Risk and reporting
Ability to help define and support technology development
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or other data
Nice to have
Experience with AI technique, Python, data mining and analytics tools
Prior working knowledge of wholesale lending document and US regulatory reporting (e.g. FR-Y14Q, Y-9C and 2052a) is nice to have, but not a must
7+ years of experience in the financial services, legal or other regulated industry, with preference of previous wholesale credit and regulatory reporting.
Business proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, other languages
