Wholesale Lending Data Business Lead

• Gathers operational data from various cross functional stakeholders to examine past business performance
• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making
• Recommends actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities
• Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies
• Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities
• Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• 10+ years of experience leading the strategic development and implementation of data solutions to support business objectives
• Prior experience in leading or managing a team of data professionals or project teams
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel functionalities including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, and complex formulas
• Extensive experience in managing, processing, and analyzing large, complex datasets
• Wholesale Lending Experience: In-depth knowledge and practical experience within the wholesale lending domain
• Experience in establishing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database management or proven experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
• Bachelors/University degree, Master's degree preferred
