Job Description:

As a Wholesale Credit Services Specialist, you will be part of the Bank’s Credit Services Business Area and will support the smooth, accurate, and timely processing of wholesale banking clients’ requests. You contribute to effective risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while executing the day-to-day credit operations of the Wholesale Banking lending portfolio within your area of responsibility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively process requests, manage collaterals, and implement Bilateral Loans in the Bank’s system according to established guidelines
  • Promptly address customer requests, collect supporting documents, and keep customers informed about the progress of their requests
  • Provide support in the drafting of required contract documents and opinions for the legalization of assigned Wholesale Banking customers, collaborating closely with the Banking Services and Operations Legal Support Unit
  • Help to finalize contract documents and assist in negotiations of terms and conditions as needed
  • Process assigned Wholesale Banking Business Area requests according to Credit Committee approvals assigned to their team
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide administrative support in the drafting of relevant monthly reports
  • Collect necessary documentation related to the disbursement of Credit Facilities for assigned cases

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with a solid academic foundation in financial and business principles
  • At least five years of professional experience in Credit Operations, with exposure to core credit-related processes
  • Proven experience in compliance monitoring, credit risk management, and underwriting operations, supporting sound and controlled credit activities
  • Hands-on involvement in contract drafting and review, combined with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational excellence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating customer orientation, attention to detail, collaboration, and negotiation

Nice to have:

A Master’s degree in Economics or a related field is considered an advantage
