Wholesale Credit Risk Officer

• Assess quality of assigned portfolios including identification and evaluation of emerging risks
• Assess effectiveness of credit risk processes and standards
• Review and assess credit risk components of Risk Appetite framework
• Provide autonomous assessment of accuracy of risk ratings and classifications
• Assess business/risk staffing models
• Ensure Corrective Action Plans are appropriate and monitored
• Ensure Fundamental Credit Risk documents meet quality standards
• Keep senior management informed of concerns and emerging risks
• Demonstrate Quality Assurance activities as Subject Matter Expert
• Assess risk when making business decisions

• 10-13 years relevant experience
• Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex material from multiple sources
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
• Exercises wide degree of latitude and discretion
