Job Description

Drive wholesale growth by managing key accounts, delivering commercial plans and building strong, trusted partnerships. As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will strengthen Farmlands’ wholesale partnerships by leading strategic account planning, commercial execution and day‑to‑day relationship management across our nutrition portfolio.

Job Responsibility

  • Building and managing relationships with wholesale partners, acting as the primary point of contact for planning, performance and issue resolution
  • Delivering sales growth through annual account plans, joint business planning, promotions and targeted range and pricing strategies
  • Ensuring effective in‑market execution through product training, merchandising support and consistent promotional delivery
  • Using data and insights to forecast demand, review performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve the best outcome

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wholesale or key account management, with a strong track record of delivering sales and margin growth across multi‑site customers
  • Commercially astute, with confidence in pricing, contracts, forecasting and using data to inform decisions
  • Great communicator, comfortable negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders across diverse organisations
  • Organised, resilient, and adaptable with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable with regular travel and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
