We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive demand for AMD-based products across Asia Pacific, India, and Japan (APIJ) for our Taiwan and China based ODM partners (Whitebooks – WB). This individual will define and execute the APJ sales strategy for nominated accounts, ensuring revenue and market share objectives are achieved.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with AMD APJ Consumer and Commercial Sales teams to align products, positioning, account engagement strategies and pipeline/forecasting cadence
Leverage market data and country-level feedback to identify new WB opportunities and connect ODMs with in-country partners to develop new business
Define and implement sales-out strategies and account plans to grow AMD’s revenue and market share across APJ, in collaboration with Worldwide Emerging Accounts counterparts
Build and strengthen relationships with product and business management teams within nominated WB accounts
Drive strategic portfolio and go-to-market planning based on data-driven insights
Influence regional assortments and global design-win decisions using regional market knowledge
Manage forecasts and pipeline on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, providing executive-level reporting on program and market impact
Develop business cases for growth initiatives and sales-out programs
design marketing and sales programs from the ground up
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to Sales leadership and Worldwide Emerging Accounts team
Requirements:
Extensive experience working with OEMs and ODMs (such as Emdoor, Six United, ECS, Clevo and Uniwill) in the APJ region
Strong background in consumer and commercial sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
In-depth knowledge of the PC and/or semiconductor industry in Taiwan and China
Proven success in sales roles for PC notebook products
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, trends, and market dynamics to create impactful plans
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint
