Requirements

Ideally have worked in an Appliance engineer or Appliance technician role
Technical experience from any industry
Experience gained in the electronics, white goods, electrical or gas industry would be advantageous
Gas qualification and experience would be highly desirable but not essential
Engaged team players who will collaborate, innovate and use their passion to drive an exceptional customer experience

Job Responsibility

Service customers in their homes
Diagnose and solve issues
Service any of the company's world class products
Act as a brand ambassador
Promote care product and appliances

What we offer

On target earnings of up to £47,508 (inclusive of London Weighting)
Starting salary of £40,721 (inclusive of London Weighting) which increases incrementally as you gain skills
Potential to rise within the first 8 months
A daily lunch allowance included in salary
Performance related bonus scheme
Commission for introducing our customers to products, accessories and care collection
Optional private use of Company Vehicle subject to relevant HMRC rates

Working as a White Goods Service & Repair Engineer on domestic home appliances
Completing prescheduled, booked appointments diagnosed with specified fault and repair/part needed
Using an electronic tablet/PDA to receive and complete works
Completing approximately 7-8 jobs per day
Working within/up to an hour of home postcode
