Job Description:

Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations. Is a part of the Wheels team, operating the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

All guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions
Maintain concierge philosophy
Operating main hotel driveway
Operating car stacker
Transportation services
Courier/postal dispatching
Luggage services
Rooming guests during arrival and farewell
Runner for guest requests
Driving Whatever/Whenever culture
Supporting Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Concierge Supervisor

Requirements:
