Job Responsibility

Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards
maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations
operates the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell
runner for any guest requests
assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests

Job Responsibility

Conducting daily workshop briefings to ensure smooth communication and address any immediate safety or operational issues
Performing necessary repairs and maintenance on engine components, transmission, brakes, suspension, exhaust systems, and electrical systems
Carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, wheel torques, and brake inspections to prevent breakdowns
After repairs, test vehicles to ensure that all issues have been addressed and that the vehicle operates safely and efficiently
Assist the Workshop Supervisor in maintaining accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and service schedules
Preparation and presentation of the company's vehicles and trailers for annual test
