Job Responsibility

WhatsApp program coordination: Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization
Infrastructure & reputation management: Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance
Performance optimization: Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments
