Job Description:

Welcome and Whatever Whenever Agent position at W Sydney, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences, and handling various front desk operations while maintaining W Hotel's unique culture of blending professionalism with playfulness.

Job Responsibility:

Daily operations at Welcome Desk
Welcoming and helping guests throughout their stay
Following service standards from beginning to end of each interaction
Showing guests Whatever/Whenever service
Personalizing service to create memorable experiences
Maintaining clean environment
Working rotating shifts including weekends and evenings
Cooperating with other departments
Communicating with team and other departments
Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
Assigning rooms and issuing room keys
Processing various payment types
Answering and processing guest calls, messages, requests
Running daily reports
Balancing and dropping cash/receipts
Following safety and security policies

Requirements:

Problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service
Charismatic and exuberant personality
Knowledge of hotel facilities and local area
Ability to follow service standards and operating procedures
Flexibility to work with other departments
Strong communication skills
Ability to process payments and room assignments
Cash handling experience
Professional appearance and uniform maintenance
