Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a Part Time Whatever/Whenever Agent to provide guests the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them. The role focuses on handling guest requests efficiently, providing hotel information, and much more.

Job Responsibility:

Providing our guests with the 'W' experience
Surprising and delighting guests at every moment

Requirements:

Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
Ability to multi task at all times
Outstanding attention to detail
