W Brisbane is hiring a Part Time Whatever/Whenever Agent to provide guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment. The role focuses on Loyalty and Guest Service within W Hotel's unique work culture designed to spark imagination and curiosity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment
  • Handle guest requests efficiently
  • Provide information on hotel facilities
  • Make recommendations and upsell hotel features and services

Requirements:

  • Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
  • Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
  • Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
  • Ability to multi task at all times
  • Outstanding attention to detail
