Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a Part Time Whatever/Whenever Agent to provide guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment. The role focuses on Loyalty and Guest Service within W Hotel's unique work culture designed to spark imagination and curiosity.

Job Responsibility:

Provide guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment
Handle guest requests efficiently
Provide information on hotel facilities
Make recommendations and upsell hotel features and services

Requirements:

Handling a high volume of calls dealing with guest requests efficiently
Providing information on all facilities provided within the hotel
Making recommendations, upsell hotel features and related services
Ability to multi task at all times
Outstanding attention to detail
Focus on Loyalty and Guest Service
