Join Ericsson's Managed Services Delivery Platform (MSDP) team and be part of a high-impact Solution Development group at the heart of how we manage customer networks globally. The Workforce Management (WFM) system is a critical component of our MSDP portfolio, enabling efficient work order distribution, field force scheduling, and end-to-end network operations across multi-customer and multi-country environments. As a WFM Solution Architect, you will own the technical delivery of product solutions, driving continuous improvement across the full lifecycle of the WFM platform.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery on the WFM platform — from requirement gathering through to testing, release, and go-live support
Act as Technical Lead for business requirement implementation, including preparation of solution descriptions, estimation, and gap analysis
Serve as the key interface between customers, pre-sales leads, release managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers
Facilitate security standards and drive risk management procedures within the program
Develop and maintain solution documentation for implementers, customers, operations, and support teams
Provide on-site customer support during testing and go-live phases to ensure successful deployment
Contribute to capacity planning, performance enhancement, and continuous product improvement initiatives
Deliver technical training to both customer technical staff and internal teams
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Workforce Management tools, specifically the IFS suite (FSM & PSO), including administration, business rules configuration, and customer adaptations
Strong development expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#), XML, XSL, Web Services, and IIS
Proficiency in AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and Oracle databases
Experience with SDLC and technical leadership across design, coding, testing, and integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/.NET code reviews
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible for CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies
Knowledge of telecom operations frameworks such as eTOM and ITIL
Excellent problem-solving, consultative, and stakeholder management skills with experience working in agile, matrixed, and international environments
