Job Description:

Westin Club Manager position at The Westin Jakarta overseeing property operations and ensuring highest levels of hospitality and service. Serves as Manager on Duty and handles guest relations while leading service teams.

Job Responsibility:

Serves as property Manager on Duty
Oversees all property operations
Ensures highest levels of hospitality and service
Represents property management in guest situations
Manages flow of questions and directs guests in lobby
Serves as Guest Relations Manager
Tracks service issues
Leads guest services teams
Maintains guest services and front desk goals
Ensures exceptional customer service
Implements projects and policies
Conducts human resource activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Financial management understanding
Hospitality service experience
Employee management and training experience
