Job Description:

Westin Club Agent position at The Westin Jakarta, responsible for processing guest check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, payment processing, coordinating with housekeeping, operating telephone systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process all guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Handle room assignments and room change/late check-out requests
  • Secure payment and activate/reissue room keys
  • Verify and adjust billing for guests
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns
  • Operate telephone switchboard station
  • Run daily reports and credit card authorization reports
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
  • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift
  • Process payments and provide change

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • No license or certification required
  • Additional language skills will be an advantage
